Judy Reed
Property Manager
Judy was born and raised in Roscoe, IL. In 1991, shortly after graduation she moved to Dallas TX, where she started her property management career as a leasing consultant and quickly advanced into a management role. In 2005, Judy joined a local Madison developer as the Director of Property Management, where she oversaw over 1300 apartments working both with the residential and maintenance staff. During the 16 years working for this developer, she obtained her real estate license and then finally her broker’s license. Judy moved to Milwaukee in 2021, where she continued her property management career, but soon realized how much she missed her home in Madison.
In January of 2024, Judy joined the McKenzie Company Team, as the new Property Manager at Legacy Apartments. Her knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm for what she does sets her apart from most. She has such a passion for what she does, it has always just come naturally and helping others is the most fulfilling part. When she’s not working, you will find her working out at the gym, cooking or baking and being a proud mom to her daughter who is graduating from the University of Alabama, majoring in nursing.
