Jessica Schipper
Property Manager
Jessica was born and raised in Madison, WI. As a graduate of East High School, she continued her education at Madison College and eventually began her long career as an insurance professional. She was also a member of the CapitolAires and Capitol Sound Drum and Bugle Corps, in which she performed in the color guard for over a decade. The McKenzie Apartment Company welcomed Jessica to its elite team in 2014 and she has thrived ever since. The most rewarding aspect of her job is her interactions with residents and working through common challenges in order to maintain a friendly and efficient community. She also has the pleasure of working with terrific colleagues and local businesses which give her great support in daily operations. When Jessica is not in the office, you will find her spending quality time with her family, exercising, and attending UW sports events.
