Arika Kleinert
Property Manager
Arika was raised in Madison and Waunakee, and is a 1995 graduate of Edgewood High School in Madison. She began her customer service career straight out of high school, working as a florist for several years and then moving onto a local swim school as a Customer Service Manager for eleven years. Arika moved to Blackhawk Trails in 2002, and knew right away the position of Property Manager was something she would love and excel at. Ten years later, in June of 2012, Arika joined The McKenzie Apartment Company team. The best part of her job, she says, is the support she gets from her boss and the other managers, meeting new people, making new friends, and ensuring that residents enjoy living here as much as she does! When Arika has time off work, she loves to travel, go shopping, have dinner with friends, read a good book, watch her favorite comedians, and take walks through the beautiful Blackhawk neighborhood.
