The management and staff are professional, prompt and courteous in addressing my questions, concerns and requests. I enjoy my beautiful apartment, the neighborhood and the Conservancy nearby. The underground parking option is great, and we’re just a minute or two from downtown Middleton.”

“Timber Valley Apartments are by far the nicest apartments with the best amenities in the Madison, Wisconsin area. We recently moved here from the Chicagoland area and after seeing 20+ apartments buildings we were thrilled to find Timber Valley Apartments. The clubhouse, theater room, the 2 workouts rooms with a sauna, and the game room are all top notch. It makes us feel like we are living in a permanent hotel. The management is great. Very responsive to our needs, the maintence is quick and does a great job. Our experience has been better then 5 stars. I would recommend Timber Valley Apartments to anyone looking for a new home.”

“I have been living at Waterside for 5 years and I love my apartment!   Michelle is a ‘peach’ to work with and the service for ‘getting the job done’ is impeccable! There are many perks that come with Waterside Apartments, including quarterly ‘meet and greets’, new grills, and a cappuccino machine!  I hope I never have to move! I literally could go on and on about how happy I am, and how good Michelle is to me! :)X100!!”

“After downsizing last summer, we searched for a property that could accommodate our needs and found the perfect place, Siena Ridge.  It offered all the amenities we were looking for; underground parking, lots of storage and closet space, a Clubhouse with an exercise room and it is pet friendly!  A great location for our commute to work, local businesses, the trails, golf, and dining in Verona and nearby Fitchburg.  The management team has been very accommodating getting us settled in and taking care of all our needs.  We are thoroughly enjoying our loft and experience here at Siena Ridge.”

“My husband and I moved into legacy apartments three years ago when our building first opened and we love it so much! It’s such a great apartment to live in and You can tell they truly care about the residents who live here. With having a large dog we absolutely love the front door entrance on first floor! They also have great amenities that we use often. We can’t say enough great things about Lizzy, she’s the best! Whenever we have had a problem or question I email Lizzy and get such a fast response. Maintenance is great and fast as well! I don’t have a single complaint. We will be staying here until we buy a house, I will be sad to leave when that day comes.”

“I moved to Highland Ridge almost 6 months ago, and have nothing but praise.  Before my move, management upgraded my unit with new carpet and appliances and even let me pick colors for accent walls!  Spending only 10 minutes on the property of Highland Ridge will convince you that management take excellent care of the property while maintaining reasonable rent prices.  I moved to Highland Ridge because of the reasonable rent and beautiful location next to the Middleton Conservancy.  I would highly recommend Highland Ridge and McKenzie Apartments to all of my friends and family.”

“I couldn’t more highly recommend an apartment than Legacy. The apartments have a well-designed, brightly-lit, and spacious layout. Today of all days (getting snow on Halloween), I really appreciate having the heated garage under the building. And that’s really just the start of the amenities: there’s a pool, a gym, a sauna, a reservable community room, a dog run, and common patios with grills for cooking. They’re very pet friendly, too; it seems like almost everyone here owns a dog, but our friends here have two cats and we own two rabbits. I remember shortly after we moved in when my wife said, ‘This feels like home. I love our apartment.'”

“We are extremely happy to be moving to Timber Valley this summer. Originally we were at Legacy, but we had to move closer to work and it was a bummer doing so. We soon realized that the longer drive would have been more worth it! We have not had good luck with the management/company at our current apartment and it has taken all of the fun out of living where we are. Arika is unparalleled as a manager (she is a huge reason we are coming back) and we loved that she was always open to us coming down just to chat with her.”

They are a huge reason why I have stayed so long. They are on top of any issues/maintenance immediately. They keep on top of keeping the place up to date and are so nice! I have been so lucky to be here. It’s been quiet most of the time and I have great neighbors. The fitness center is great and accommodating as well as the community room.
